About Bluite

We spent fifteen years not trusting our own commission numbers. So we built the tool we wished we'd had.

Where we come from

The 11pm before payroll

For fifteen years, the people behind Bluite ran commercial operations inside regional labs and multinational pharma companies. We owned the commission cycle: the quotas, the tiers, the coverage bonuses, the sell-in and sell-out logic that no generic comp tool understands.

We also owned the part nobody talks about. The night before payroll, hunched over a spreadsheet, chasing a broken reference cell while the field team waited for numbers they'd already calculated three different ways in their own shadow sheets.

We watched talented ops people, the ones hired to design territories and sharpen quota strategy, spend a full week per cycle on reconciliation instead. And every cycle, the same WhatsApp messages: My sheet says one number, payroll says another. What changed?

The problem was never that anyone was careless. The problem was that the single most trust-sensitive number in the company, what a rep gets paid, lived inside a tool that breaks the moment someone edits a cell.

Why we started

Why a spreadsheet was never the right place for this

A commission isn't a line in a budget. It's a promise the company makes to the people carrying the bag. When that number is wrong, or when a rep can't trace how it was built, what erodes isn't efficiency. It's trust.

We saw three things go wrong, cycle after cycle:

The pool quietly leaked.

Duplicate payments, wrong tiers, a formula reference that silently pointed at the wrong column. On a sizable commission pool, the losses add up long before anyone notices.

The team lost a week it couldn't spare.

Reconciliation crowded out the strategic work, the work that actually moves the commercial number.

The field stopped believing the official figure.

Reps built their own spreadsheets to guess their pay, and when the guesses didn't match, every cycle turned into a negotiation.

We tried the generic sales-compensation platforms. They didn't speak pharma. They didn't handle coverage, visit-based logic, or territory overlap, and they didn't know what to do with the market audit files our teams already received from providers like IQVIA, CloseUp, and DDD. So we built the tool we wished we'd had.

What we built

What we built, and what it means for you

Bluite systematizes, runs, and audits your commission cycle, end to end. Your plan, exactly as you designed it: tiered quotas, product-line bonuses, regional multipliers, sell-in and sell-out, coverage. The cycle that used to take five days closes in under two hours, and every result is traceable to the source data, ready for any internal or external audit.

Now
Under 2 hours
96% less time per cycle

We're deliberate about one thing here, because it's where most software loses credibility with pharma buyers: we don't promise real-time visibility. In this industry, audit data arrives with a lag and sales flow through distributors. Anyone claiming live numbers either doesn't understand your reality or is hoping you won't notice. What we promise instead is traceability, a transparent breakdown for every payout, and an audit trail that holds up under scrutiny.

For your ops team

The week comes back, redirected to the analysis they were hired to do.

For your reps

A private portal where they can see exactly how their payout was built, by product, by territory, by rule, so the shadow spreadsheets disappear and disputes drop to near zero.

For you

The commission cycle stops being a monthly fire and becomes something you can actually stand behind.

How we work

What we believe

Six principles, shaped by fifteen years inside the problem. They decide what we build, what we ship, and which deals we walk away from.

See the big picture

A commission plan is commercial strategy, not arithmetic. We start from what the business is trying to move, then work down to the rule.

Make complex things simple

Pharma compensation is genuinely complicated. Our job is to absorb that complexity so your team doesn't carry it. That's what gives the week back.

Data is our core

Every number traces to source data. If we can't show where a figure came from, we don't ship it.

AI with judgment

We use AI where it earns its place, always under explicit rules and human review. Never as a black box deciding what someone gets paid.

High-value exchanges

Every engagement has to be worth it for both sides. If a deal only works because one side sacrifices, we don't take it.

Pull others up

We share what we learn, with clients, with their teams, with the industry. A sharper ops team is the outcome we want, not a threat to the product.

The honest part

The honest part

We built Bluite because we lived the problem, not because we spotted a market. That shapes how we work with you. The first conversation isn't a pitch, it's a diagnosis of your actual cycle. You see how Bluite handles your own plan and your own numbers before you commit to anything.

If it doesn't match your accuracy, we'll tell you on the call. We spent fifteen years not trusting our own commission numbers. We're not interested in selling you a tool that earns the same skepticism.
